Every summer, All Stars pairs our Young Leaders with professional mentors to hold 1:1 conversations that prepare them to Perform Their Potential in the real world. The Young Leaders, aged 14-19, come from communities with little access to top-level work experience. These relationships with a supportive adult are a crucial rehearsal for the next stages in their lives:

We’re recruiting volunteer Mentors again this Summer:
Professionals in any field (business, civil service, law, media, tech, medicine etc)
No previous volunteering experience needed
30min 1:1 conversations with your individual mentee
Commit to 5 sessions, every 2 weeks, across the Summer
The programme can be mutually beneficial, with mentors saying it ‘improves job satisfaction.’
-90% of 2022 mentors rated the programme ‘Good’ or ‘Excellent’
-100% said they would recommend mentoring to others
Sessions can happen in-person or via video call. Two training sessions, plus resources and guidance from All Stars are provided to prepare you for meaningful conversations with your mentee about their life and career goals.
